Last year I had a pretty good harvest of my Pinot Noir grape in the backyard. Decided to make grapejuice, still enjoying that! Cook the cleaned grapes with water, suger, lemon and cinnamon sticks. Let it cook for quite a while and squash the grapes so you put all the lovely juices to good use.
Put it in clean bottles while it’s warm and let it cool in the closed bottle.
