Mini-cakes

I love making these!! Really simple and looking amazing. Just make a simple cake. Crumble it and then add icing and kneed it into a sticky ball. Form small balls and push them into a chilled silicone mold. Put them in the freezer for about 10 min.

Melt chocolate or candy. Get the mold out of the freezer, remove the cakes and put them on a plate. Clean the mold and fill each hole halfway with the warm chocolate or candy. Gently push the cake into the mold untill you can see the chocolate reaching the edge. Again in the freezer for about 10 min. Remove and decorate as you like!
