Typical Dutch dish: blote billetjes in het groene gras (bare bottoms in green grass). I used to eat this when I was a kid with fresh sausage from the butcher, but smoked sausage is just as good.
Cut 400 gr of green beans and add about twice as much potatoe and a pinch of salt. Let it cook for about 20 min and mash it with some milk or butter so it becomes a vegetable mash. Warm the white beans and stir them into the mash.
