In another post I mentioned a simple banana Bread recipe. Well, after some experimenting, here’s an upgraded version:
150 gr almond flour
1tsp baking powder
3 tbsp raw cocoa
2 tbsp chia seeds
60 gr dried cranberries
50 gr dark chocolate, chopped, the darker the better
Put dates and banana in a blender, mix the eggs with the salt and add the banana mixture. Add the flour and baking powder and then the rest of the ingredients.
In the oven at 175c/350f for about 40 min.
