Great and simple lunch or dinner!
2 pieces of turkey, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tsp szechuan peppers
Spinach, as much raw spinach as you like
1/2 mango, sliced into pieces
4 dried tomatoes
Make a marinade of the soy sauce, ginger sauce and spices. Cover the turkey in it. Let it rest for about 30 min. Put it in a frying pan until they’re golden brown. Remove them and put the pieces of mango in the pan. Just let them heat up, very short. Put the turkey and mango on top of the spinach and finish of with the dried tomatoe and some nice olive oil.
