For the smoothie just mix a handful of spinach, a banana, 1/2 avocado, juice from 1 orange and 1 lemon, 1 pear and 1 kiwi in a blender. Top it of with grated coconut an roasted quinoa with honey.
To roast the quinoa: put it in a heated frying pan and continuously move them around so they don’t burn. As soon as they start popping remove the pan from the heat. Put the quinoa in a bowl and while still hot add some honey or agave syrup. Let it cool and use as a topping for your shakes or breakfast! You can also skip the honey and just add the roasted quinoa for some extra crunch in your breakfast.
