Making a meal for a friend is the best…this time a simple combination:
300 gr haricots verts
1 box of mushrooms
200 gr precooked prawns
Sweet chili sauce
Put the rucola in a bowl with the blueberries and sprinkle some olive oil (i used thyme-lemon olive oil)
Cook the haricots verts. Bake the finely chopped eschalots and garlic, add the sliced mushrooms.
Put the shrimps in a bowl with a tablespoon of chili sauce, a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of ginger sauce. Stir and leave it for about 10 min. Bake it in a frying pan for 4 min.
Roast some brown bread. For the dip put olive oil, seasalt and fresh herbs on a small plate. And enjoy for lunch or dinner!!
