Inspired by the recipe of a friend, and the news about Nutella this week I made a combination of the two:
50 grams soft butter
100 grams of sugar
120 grams of dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
40 grams flour
6 tsp Nutella
Preheat the oven at 200C. Melt the chocolate au bain marie. Mix the butter and sugar, add the salt, vanilla extract and the eggs. Mix it untill it’s creamy. Add the flour and carefully stir it in, then add the chocolate. Pour it in a silicone mold and add a teaspoon of Nutella to each cake.
Bake for 10 minutes. The edges should have hardened, the inside should still be very soft. Serve with (soy) yoghurt, icecream, fresh or frozen fruit.
