Inspired by the recipe of chickslovefood and a kid who loves peanutbutter but can’t eat it, I tried out a slightly different version of their healthy candy bars and a version of the regular one with peanut butter. Both kids approved:).
2 rice crackers
3 tbsp cashew butter or peanut butter
1 tbsp agave syrup
20 gr. oats
40 gr. mixed nuts
70 gr. dark chocolate
Crumble the crackers. Put the cashew butter with the syrup in the microwave for 30 seconds. Chop the nuts and melt the chocolate. Mix all the ingredients and put the mixture in a square dish. Place it in the fridge until its firm.
